Mini Top Hats

Hi, Ladies! Today I altered these mini top hats. The black one I bought from HobbyLobby. It wasn't good quality. The pink one was from my store.

The black I used red and gold trim around the hat. And I used red rosettes trim. And then I added red paper flowers. The feather was from HobbyLobby. The pearl on the center of rosette trim was from my store also.

I cut a single pink rosette trim. On the center of rosette trim I used 'Say it in Stud pearls' I used foam flowers. And then I used ruffle trim around the hat.
