Hi Y'all~
This is Kim again with Fattypaddyscrapper sharing with you another Design Team project for SaCrafter's. A couple of weeks ago I decided to kind of change my house décor, currently it is eclectic, but I have always wanted to go shabbylicious!! So with the New Year ringing in I decided "out with the old and in with the new".
Sa, sent me this adorable Hexagon shadowbox in my dt package and of course these yummy wooden embellies.  For Sa's History of loved wood sentiment I used my Prima chalk distresser rubbed it on and voila, it was ready to glue on, for the lamp post, oval frame and zipper I gessoed first with white gesso and then used Martha Metallic glitter paint in altering layers to achieve the warped paint look and then dry brushed the color paint with my tiny paint brush and finger to make the paint look distressed.   The paper is by Marion smith Designs "Motley". This is the perfect vintage/shabby papers around.  So if you love vintage shabby chic, I hope that my ideas can help achieve the look.
Thank you so much and if you have any questions please feel free to comment below. Have an amazing crafty week.
  ~ Kimmy
